MTAN 802 | Advanced Practicum in Clinically Oriented Anatomy | 4 | College of Osteopathic Med |
In this 4-week course, students will undertake advanced study of clinical gross human anatomy focusing on a single anatomical region. Simultaneously, the student will participate in generating content for clinical gross laboratory instruction in the form of prosections, demonstration videos, exam items, and will author and present an anatomy case study. Finally, the student will participate in small group teaching and facilitation in first-year anatomy laboratory sessions under the supervision of faculty. |

MTAN 810 | Advanced Regional Gross Anatomy | 4 | College of Osteopathic Med |
This course provides the students with additional hands on experience and skills in dissection of the human cadaver. It enables the student to describe the normal structure of the human body and how it relates to clinical conditions. In addition, it allows the student to revisit basic science anatomy within the context of their evolving clinical experience. Students will focus on one to two body regions during this elective. |
