Cindy Hoffman, D.O., FAOCD, graduated from NYITCOM in 1985, completed a Family Practice and Dermatology Residency in 1990, and has been in practice for over 25 years. She is a Board Certified Dermatologist.
Hoffman is past president of the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology, The New York State Osteopathic Medical Society, and the NYITCOM Alumni Association. Currently, she is the Dermatology Residency Director, and presents dermatology lectures at NYITCOM. She is also a member of the Board of the American Osteopathic Board of Dermatology.
In her three office locations(Yorktown, Carmel and Hyde Park, N.Y.), Hoffman treats diseases of the skin, hair, and nails, in all age groups. These include all kinds of rashes. She does full exams to examine moles and detect skin cancers. She also performs cosmetic procedures and laser treatments.
