Corri Wolf is certified from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and the Commission on Dietetic Registration. She has researched and published about topics such as obesity, diverticulitis, student attitudes, and admissions practices, and was awarded a grant from the Allen Foundation to create a web-based nutrition education program for health profession students. She continues to work clinically in a private gastroenterology practice in Long Island. Previously, she provided medical care at a private practice for internal medicine and at Bellevue Hospital Center.

Corri earned her Ph.D. in Leadership Studies from the University of the Cumberlands, her M.S. degree in Clinical Nutrition from Hunter College, as well as her Bachelor of Science in Clinical Nutrition and Bachelor of Science in Health Science (with a physician assistant certificate) from Syracuse University and Long Island University, respectively.
