She completed a predoctoral psychology internship at Bellevue Hospital and NYU Child Study Center, where she continued to receive cutting-edge and interdisciplinary training across diverse contexts. Vaughan completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Andrus Mental Health Division working in community mental health and a collaborative, school-based program; she remained at Andrus as a clinician following her fellowship year. She is currently a licensed psychologist in the State of New York.
