John A. Doria, is a certified construction manager and registered architect in the state of New York and Florida. He owns and operates 1020 Architecture, P.C, which is a design-build type practice based in Long Island, New York. John has experience working on interdisciplinary projects ranging from residential, hospitality, commercial, attraction & entertainment, transportation & infrastructure, and arts & culture.
Within his practice he uses visualization tools, 3D modeling software and BIM to communicate the design and construction process. As an educator, John strives to ensure all his students have the knowledge to be society's future architects, designers, construction managers and critical thinkers. John received his Master of Science in Construction Management from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, New Jersey and a Bachelor of Architecture from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York.
