Jeffrey D. Muller, D.O., F.A.C.P., is an internal medicine specialist certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. A graduate of NYITCOM (D.O. '98) with more than 18 years in practice, he is affiliated with Northwell Health System (formerly North Shore-LIJ Health System). He completed his Internal Medicine residency at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset and is on staff at both North Shore University Hospital and Long Island Jewish Medical Center.
Since 2003, Dr. Muller has been a certified Aviation Medical Examiner, a physician designated by the local aviation authority to perform medical examinations and issue aviation medical certificates to aircraft pilots. In addition, he has also been a Fellow of the American College of Physicians since 2006.
Before attending medical school at NYITCOM, Dr. Muller received his undergraduate degree from the University of Vermont and completed his post-baccalaureate premedical education at Columbia University in New York City. He has been involved in medical education and teaching medical students and residents since 2001.
