Megan DiMiceli is an Adjunct Professor in the Energy Management program at NYIT College of Engineering and Computing Sciences. She is a practicing attorney who is a past president of Touro Law School’s Environmental Law Society. DiMiceli is enthusiastic proponent of natural resource management and recently worked on a program aiming to develop a model wind ordinance for New York State.
In law school, DiMiceli participated in the Pace Law School Environmental Law Moot Court Competition. She has shown interest in environmental issues throughout her educational and professional career.
DiMiceli earned a B.A. in Environmental Studies with a concentration in Public Policy, Administration, and Law from Binghamton University, followed by a J.D. from Touro Law School.
Recent Projects/Research
- NYSERDA Fellowship working on a team associated with Touro Law’s Land Use & Sustainable Development Law Institute to draft a Model Wind Ordinance to be used by municipalities throughout New York State.
