Shahriar Saadat is an accomplished security professional who holds board certification and has more than 24 years of experience in physical and electronic security design and program/project management. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership and managerial skills, overseeing complex projects, product development initiatives, and cross-functional teams from inception to production while ensuring timely delivery of commitments and deliverables.
His extensive expertise extends beyond project management, encompassing a diverse range of skills such as streamlining operations, improving efficiency, and enhancing overall product quality. Saadat is a performance-driven individual who possesses a remarkable combination of leadership, business, technical, and manufacturing industry knowledge. He has an exceptional ability to communicate and motivate team members positively and professionally, ensuring they remain aligned with corporate strategic goals and bottom-line objectives.
Furthermore, he is a creative problem-solver, with a meticulous attention to detail, who consistently strives to find innovative solutions to even the most challenging security-related issues.
Saadat is recognized as a lifelong learner who has obtained eleven academic degrees from various institutions. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and has earned six master's degrees: A Master of Science in Cybersecurity and Leadership, a Master of Engineering in Nuclear Engineering, a Master of Science in Civil Engineering, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, and a Master of Science in Energy Management. His undergraduate studies include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and three associate degrees: An Associate of Science in Engineering Science, an Associate of Science in Electrical Technology, and an Associate of Science in Telecommunications Technology.
