Victoria Pfeiffer has been with New York Tech for more than 20 years. She has been in the role of the executive director, operations and planning for Academic Affairs since May 2017. Her major responsibilities include providing leadership for the Academic Affairs operational and planning support functions, including fiscal management, annual capital/operating budget development and control, development of strategic planning and long-range financial projections, cost-benefit analysis of academic programs, resource allocation, and operation support for both domestic and overseas sites. Other responsibilities include evaluating/monitoring the financial performance of new/existing programs, generating enrollment comparison reports, and efficiency management.
In her previous role at New York Tech, Pfeiffer was the special assistant to the president for Planning and Financial Analysis. She provided extensive strategic planning and financial analytic support for the key strategic initiatives and programs (including managing various global site budgets and reports) at the university.
Prior to joining New York Tech, Pfeiffer held different financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning positions mostly in the banking industry. She has an M.B.A in Finance from Long Island University.
