William Ninehan is director of HR program development for the Center for Human Resource Studies at New York Tech. He also teaches graduate and undergraduate HR courses and the SHRM Learning System course. He holds an Ed.S. degree in Human and Organizational Learning from George Washington University, an M.S. degree in Telecommunications and Information Management from Polytechnic Institute (now NYU – Tandon School of Engineering), and a B.A. from Fordham University. He also holds SHRM-SCP, SPHR, GPHR, and California PHR certifications. He is currently an item and forms reviewer for the GPHR exam, and the certification chair of NYC-SHRM.
Before New York Tech, Ninehan worked in the financial services industry in New York for over 25 years, where he held a number of HR positions as a specialist, generalist, and HR executive. His expertise includes consultation to senior management, team effectiveness, training, and HR strategy/functional experience.
