She has focused on delivering women’s health screenings and providing preventative and sexual health education for community adults and adolescents. In addition, Armand also took part in teaching and training local physicians and community healthcare providers in trauma care and management of medical emergencies. Along with her husband and children, Armand also works with nonprofit organizations to fund primary education for disadvantaged communities in Haiti.
