Ninth Annual She.E.O. Discussion: Embracing Equity

Join us for New York Tech’s Ninth Annual She.E.O. Discussion, as we gather virtually to honor, cultivate, and strengthen women with whom we work, innovate, and motivate.

This year's theme is Count Her In Accelerating Gender Equality Through Economic Empowerment. When women are given equal opportunities to earn, learn, and lead, entire communities thrive.

PRESENTER

Deepa Bhalla, Ed.D., (B.S. ’03, M.S. ’06) is the Associate Vice Chancellor at Rutgers University, New Brunswick. In her role, Bhalla provides executive leadership, oversight, and evaluation for the Offices of the Registrar, Financial Aid, and One Stop Student Services Center, ensuring operations are managed in an integrated and student-centered manner. Additionally, she serves as a strategic thought partner, responsible for leading and directing strategic priorities and process improvements for the division. Bhalla is also a New York Tech alumna, earning a B.S. in Elementary Education in 2003 and a M.S. in Instructional Technology in 2006.
