Explore innovative strategies and solutions to advance wellness and reduce burnout within the medical community in this two-and-a-half-day conference, held at the Skytop Lodge in the Poconos Mountains of Pennsylvania. Attendees will engage in thought-provoking discussions, interactive workshops, and networking opportunities designed to inspire actionable changes and foster a culture of well-being in healthcare. The event will bring together leaders, practitioners, and innovators to share insights, best practices, and tools to navigate the evolving landscape of healthcare while prioritizing the physical, emotional, and mental health of providers. This program is open to licensed healthcare providers.

The conference begins on Wednesday, November 5, at approximately 1 p.m. and concludes on Friday, November 7, at approximately noon. In addition to lectures and workshops, there will be several wellness activities and entertainment. Guests are welcome to enjoy the lodge’s scenic grounds and activities prior to and following the conference.

Conference Registration Information

To register, please complete the form below. Space is limited. The $749 registration fee includes a minimum of 9 hours of educational content, as well as workshops and wellness activities; refreshment breaks and some meals; and a Wednesday evening Welcome Reception.

The registration fee is non-refundable after August 22, unless the conference is canceled. Each person registering should complete an individual registration form.

Hotel Accommodations and Reservations.

The Skytop Lodge, a member of the National Trust Historic Hotels of America, sits atop 5,500 acres including forests, outcroppings, and small grassy meadows which have been held in conservation since 1928. Whether you’re looking to reconnect with family and friends over a round of golf, relax surrounded by the serenity of nature, or discover some pulse-pounding adventure, everything you need to create your perfect escape can be found at Skytop.

After you have registered for the conference, you will receive a confirmation email containing instructions on how to obtain a room within our discounted hotel block. Rates are available until October 5th, or when the group block is sold out.

Optional Poconos Dinner at the Lake. A private, rustic lakeside dinner for conference attendees and their guests, will be held in the Streamside Lodge dining space on November 6. The cost is $100 per person.

Educational Credit

The New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) to provide continuing medical education to physicians. The AOA is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians. NYITCOM anticipates having CME for this activity and will release the total credits soon.
