Through Foundations of Inquiry and Foundations of Scientific Process, students have the opportunity to go out in the community and provide service learning through a variety of projects. In the end, they walk away with a valuable lesson of their own.

IEEE Brings Robots to Taiwan

In October, the NYIT student branch of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) was invited to Taiwan to oversee a robotics competition for high school students. It was the first VEX Robotic Tournament within the larger AI Taoyuan Taiwan International Robotics Tournament.
