An internship with the Africa Travel Association affirmed Kudzaishe "Trevor" Chikawa's interest in pursuing a career in event planning. As a hospitality management major in NYIT's School of Management, he has applied lessons learned in the classroom to experiences on the job.

Fay Teplitsky

Participating in various campus activities, you can find Teplitsky as Vice President of the Accounting Club and on the Student Advisory Board. Going back to her roots Teplitsky has gone back to visit her high school and speak to future accounting students about the field. She mentions she loves Accounting for helping mold her into the person she is today.

Nicole Soman

Coming from a small town to Old Westbury, NYIT has helped Nicole come out of her comfort zone and excel tremendously. From saying hello to new people and making new friends the campus offers a variety of experiences. Attending engineering based high school Nicole researched schools that had an Engineering Program and came across NYIT.
