NYIT’s 2nd Annual Middle East Alumni Dinner

Nearly forty alumni, faculty, and staff attended the 2nd Annual Middle East Alumni Dinner on April 20, 2016 at the Hotel Intercontinental Abu Dhabi. Attendees relived memories of their university days, shared news about their latest accomplishments, and expanded their professional networks.
NYIT-Abu Dhabi Executive Director Ahmad Tabbara welcomed the alumni, shared exciting campus developments, and introduced new Associate Director of Alumni and Employer Relations Rana El Kassem. NYIT Director of Alumni Relations Jennifer Kelly Campbell, visiting from New York, then addressed the group, encouraging them to stay connected to each other and the NYIT community, to share their professional expertise with current students, and to enjoy their alumni benefits.
Some of the alumni who attended the dinner have earned both bachelor’s and master’s degrees at NYIT-Abu Dhabi. Commenting on the evening, graduate Siham Zaki said that it was “good to see my family again.”
