Spread the Holiday Cheer!
November 20, 2020
On Wednesday, November 18, there was a blizzard of activity on the Long Island campus for this year’s Tech Winter Wonderland. More than 50 attendees enjoyed the afternoon “drive-through” event, which featured holiday tunes and giveaways that included holiday lights, New York Tech swag bags with branded shirts and hats, and hot chocolate kits. Cars of students lined up for tasty treats that included pretzels, Zeppoles, fried Oreos, tacos, burgers, pizza, and shaved ices. Despite the seasonal cold snap and social distancing, warm feelings abounded, thanks to efforts of the Office of Student Life and campus volunteers.
