Ralph A. Sepe

Ralph A. Sepe is a Partner in Chernoff Diamond's Health and Benefits and Transaction Services practices. Ralph draws upon his expertise acquired in over 25 years of industry experience to not only develop truly unique benefit programs for each client, but also organize the necessary resources to successfully implement and maintain a program that exceeds client expectations. Additionally, Ralph is responsible for all facets of management within the Health and Benefits and Transaction Services practices including business development, technology advancements, vendor management and operational and organizational development. He is a frequent lecturer, presenter and webinar moderator on the Affordable Care Act, helping employers understand many of the new taxes, fees, regulations and provisions, and how to ensure compliance. An avid supporter of non-profits, Ralph was elected to the board of directors for Long Island's Cradle of Aviation Air and Space Museum. He is also an active member and participant presenter in the NYIT School of Management Center for Human Resource Studies, a SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) Learning System's course provider. Ralph was elected to be Chairperson of the Alumni Association in 2010 and assumed the role of Chair Emeritus in January 2020.


Elizabeth Archer

Liz Archer is passionate about promoting diversity, inclusion, and equity. She has extensive experience in business development/marketing, affirmative action compliance, and administration for top design and construction firms in New York and New Jersey. Liz is the Business Development/Client Relations Manager Francis Cauffman Architect's New York City office. She joined the firm recently having spent the last seven years at Dewberry, focusing on the transportation engineering market. At her previous assignment, she was employed with Tishman Construction for eight years serving as an Affirmative Action, assisting the Director of Community Relations on the One World Trade Center construction project. She also served in the position of Outreach/EEO Coordinator, as well Manager of Marketing Services while at Tishman. Other marketing and administrative assignments included Mitchell Giurgola, Rafael Viñoly, Dattner, and Kapell and Kostow Architects. She holds a B.S. in Architectural Technology from New York Institute of Technology and a Marketing Certificate from NYU. Liz is an active contributor to CoreNet NYC, SMPSNY and NAIOPNJ. She served as a Governor on the Board of Trustees for the NY Building Foundation, and is a Board Member of CoreNetNJ. She is the recipient of the WBC Woman of the Year Award, the NAIOPNJ Pillar Award, and a Dewberry at Work Award.


Lou Bernardi

A four-year member of the Bears NCAA Division I baseball team, recipient of the Harold J Hirschfield Leadership award and former assistant baseball coach, Lou Bernardi (B.S. '11) rejoined New York Tech in September 2020 to serve on the Alumni Association Board. Bernardi is currently a sports specialist, assistant instructor and the lead faculty advisor for the Student Athlete Advisory Committee with the United States Merchant Marine Academy, which is one of our Nation's five federal service academies. After his collegiate career, Bernardi pitched professionally for the St. George Roadrunners of the Golden League, as well as the New York Federals of the New York State league. His career shifted to coaching and mentorship at the college level where he has worked in various athletic departments over the last decade. Bernardi is active in numerous organizations and foundations, serving in leadership positions and spreading awareness for honorable causes. He is also a published writer, podcast host, and philanthropist to couple his extensive background and experience in baseball and athletics.


Stephanie Ho

Stephanie Ho is the director for International Society for Naturopathic Medicine and is certified in Mental Health First Aid in the United States. She is also a National Guild of Hypnotist (NGH) Certified Consulting Hypnotist and Instructor, a Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Master and Trainer, and a Peak Performance Coach. Stephanie serves as the NGH's Official Envoy to China. In 2017, Stephanie received NGH's Lifetime Achievement Award for her work. She is in demand as an international convention speaker on the topics of hypnosis, youthm and beauty. A former Wall Street executive, Stephanie is also currently an actress in movies, TV shows and commercials. She graduated from New York Tech in 1993 with a Master's in Computer Science.


Meryl Manthey

Meryl is a New York and California realtor with 40+ years background in sales, marketing, and administration. Her career spanned the disciplines of human resources, product management and marketing, sales, partner relations, and currently real estate for the last 20 years. In the early 2000s, Meryl founded of the New York Tech Bay Area Alumni Association and she now currently serves as a member of both the Alumni Association Board and the Athletics Golf Outing committee. She is also a member of the Graduate Business Association and acted as treasurer. Meryl graduated Magna cum Laude in August of 1981 with a bachelor's degree in business administration. Outside of New York Tech, Meryl has been an active volunteer with AARP, advocating for the 50+ community on Long Island.


Michael J. Price

Michael Price is the CFO for a developer, operator, and financier of office buildings, warehouses, country club, and retail properties in Florida. He is also an adjunct professor of accounting for various colleges in South Florida and mentors Doctoral candidates during their dissertation process. Michael received his Bachelor of Science degree from New York Tech in 1968 attending the New York City campus. He also holds a Masters of Accounting and Doctor of Business Administration degree. Michael's research interests are in leadership strategies relating to the low cost airline industry. Michael has served as an assistant controller of a division of a Fortune 50 company, president of a chain of women's retail clothing stores, and on the board of a public company as an officer and director. He lives in South Florida with his wife of 51 years, Caryn, and surrounded by their three children and seveb grandchildren. He is a member of the American Association of University Professors and the National Society of Leadership and Success.


Elizabeth C. Uzzo

Liz Uzzo ishas been with H2M architects + engineers since 1987. As H2M's Sr. Vice President, Director of Human Resources and Partner, she provides the executive leadership team with advice, guidance and direction on all aspects of H2M's human resources. Highly active within the A&E industry, she has worked closely with peer groups over the years to bring to H2M 'first-in-class' HR organizational clarity on operational structure, employee development, recruiting/retaining talent, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, work force, and succession planning. She has spoken at national industry conferences on topics such as employee engagement and best practices in human resources. She is active in a number of charitable and civic organizations such as The INN, MSKCC Cycle for Survival, the HRM Graduate Program Advisory Board at New York Tech, Leadership Huntington Board, and a member the Long Island Chapter of SHRM.
