Constitution and Citizenship Day
Constitution Day and Citizenship Day is a federal holiday that commemorates the signing of the U.S. Constitution on September 17, 1787, and honors all American citizens. Each educational institution that receives federal funds is required to hold an educational program on the United States Constitution on September 17 each year for its students.
New York Tech is proud to celebrate this important holiday by offering programs and lectures on September 17 each year, hosted by the Department of Social Sciences along with support from the Office of Student Life. Please check New York Tech's calendar of events for information on upcoming events.
