Share Your Story to Celebrate NYIT's 60th Anniversary
August 17, 2015
The Box wants your ideas for "60 Years in 60 Days," which celebrates the university's 60th anniversary in 2015. The series will run this fall on the blog and NYIT social media channels. We're looking for:
- Your first-person anecdotes about favorite places, experiences, and traditions on campus. Include a photo or two with your submission.
- Historical photos with one- or two-line captions illustrating important NYIT people, events, and other milestones.
- "This day in NYIT history" facts for September through November. Include the month/day/year, a brief description, and a photo, if possible.
The series is open to NYIT students, alumni, and faculty and staff members. Ongoing submissions will be accepted and should be short; 50 words for photo captions and 100-250 words for anecdotes accompanied with visuals. Email your content and any questions to The Box.
