Robert is graduate of the renowned Culinary Institute of America, and studied under top chefs as Daniel Boulud, Charlie Palmer, Christian Delouvrier, and Alain Ducasse to name a few. In addition Robert had the privilege to train under Chef Guy Martin at the Château de Divonne in Divonne-les-Bains, France . He and his team presented several dinners at the James Beard House in NYC and he was one of 10 candidates chosen to be interviewed for the position of sous chef at the White House under George H.W. Bush.
Robert oversees the dining both at the NYIT de Seversky Mansion and Campus Dining where his team prepares meals for the New York Tech students’ faculty and staff. He is proud to work with such a talented team at the mansion mostly because each of his colleagues believes in serving our clients in remarkable fashion.
Whether your occasion calls for black ties or wholesome white, casual cocktails or a picnic on our beautifully manicured grounds, Dana is dedicated to your magnificent occasions that you and your guests will reminisce forever.
Dana works unswervingly with every client and executes all details discussed and carries your visions to the rest of the de Seversky team. She is passionate about each and every event here, and enjoys the moments learning about her clients and connecting with them. Her personal touches offered exclusively to all her clients from the initial email no doubt consistently leads to a successful outcome.
Nicolette is in constant communication with clients, coordinating all of the niche details needed to achieve each events desired outcome. She approves menus, organizes floorplans and oversees room set-up to ensure each is memorable. Working side by side with our Sales and Operations Manager, Dana, and the Dining Room manager, each event is executed meticulously.
