Corporate Leaders M.B.A.

Our Corporate Leaders M.B.A. program is designed to provide companies with a valuable, convenient, and cost-effective M.B.A. option for their employees. This education benefit will help you attract and retain employees while ensuring those employees are equipped to contribute to the future of your company.

This AACSB-accredited program is held in cooperation with your company and is tailored to your industry sector. It employs the latest business technologies, including CRSP and Compustat, and explores current and emerging trends in business with a special global perspective. In addition, we offer this program at your workplace, making this the most convenient M.B.A. for your employees.

Employees can earn their M.B.A. in two years. Classes meet twice weekly, with 12 weeks reserved for vacation and personal time. Our program features robust peer interaction and teamwork and is organized into various areas or dimensions that impact business development and sustainability, including:

Financial analysis and valuation
Economic Indicators and industry performance
Business environment and organizational behavior
Enterprise resource planning
Marketing research and branding
Business operations and analytics
Decision sciences and modeling

The School of Management offers free Bloomberg certification, access to free training for SIE certification, and training in the use of tools such as SPSS, Tableau, and Python, among others, in each of the management functions.
