NYIT Animation & Film Festival See animations, motion graphic pieces, films, and documentary shorts created by NYIT students from the departments of Digital Art and Design and Communication Arts from the New York City, Long Island, and Beijing campuses. The festival is judged by industry guests from the animation and film industry with cash prizes awarded to the winners. Sponsored by the College of Arts and Sciences.

College of Osteopathic Medicine Hooding Ceremony NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine’s Hooding Ceremony will take place at David Geffen Hall at Lincoln Center in New York City. Student arrival time is 8 a.m.
Tickets: Each graduate will receive six guest tickets. A ticket must be presented by each guest to gain admittance to the Hall. The graduate does not require a ticket. Guest Hooders do require a ticket.
General Seating: Doors will open to guests at approximately 9:15 a.m. Ushers will seat ticket-holding guests on first-come, first-served basis. Guests are not permitted backstage, on stage, or to stand in the aisles at any time or for any reason during the processional and ceremony.
Handicap Seating: Ample handicap seating will be available.
