This longstanding New York Tech tradition is hosted by the Offices of Student Engagement and Alumni Relations, and the Campus Programming Board. All events are free. Graduating Students, if you want the perks of Final Roar—which include a swag box, champagne glass, and chocolate-covered strawberries—please register for the Final Roar and make a donation of $20.21 to the Class Gift Fund.

LI Campus: Senior Portrait & “Stroll Across the Stage”

While this is not an official ceremony, you will have the chance to have your name professionally announced as you walk across the stage dressed in your academic regalia! As a free gift, New York Tech would like to present you with one 5×7" photo. You can choose either your seated portrait or the photo of you on stage. Appointments must be scheduled by May 14 to redeem the gift.

2021 Mosaic Photo Submissions

Mayfest Swag
Although we can’t toss them from the balcony or stage, Mayfest items, including t-shirts and bags, will be available for pick-up at any of the in-person events. These items will not be mailed and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
COVID-19 Test Policy
Anyone planning to visit the New York City or Long Island campus must complete an online health screen prior to their arrival. New York Tech students must also submit a negative COVID-19 test result prior to coming to campus. One negative test result is good for the entire Mayfest week. These protocols must be followed by all students and guests coming to campus.. Free COVID-19 testing is offered at the following locations:
- Long Island: Academic Health Center. Call 516.686.1300 to schedule an appointment.
- New York City: Please visit NYC HEalth: COVID-19 Rapid Testing to find a location near you.
