Project WIN is an institution-wide initiative to transform New York Tech’s HR, payroll, and finance systems and processes across all of our campuses. The primary goal is to modernize our systems infrastructure, standardize, and simplify our business processes, reducing administrative burden on faculty and staff, and provide best in class services to New York Tech faculty, students, and staff.

New York Tech has chosen Workday to replace our current legacy system, Oracle EBS, and we are collaborating with our implementation partner, Accenture, to ensure a successful implementation. The project formally launched in January 2024, with a projected go-live in July 2025.
